For years, Chef Christina Anderson cooked what she was told to. With every dish she created, she dreamed of one day doing everything her way. So she packed her bags and left the Sunshine State for the hills of South Central Tennessee, where she found the perfect place to open her own place. Tressa Bush gives us a taste of Blue Orchid Bistro.

Tressa Bush has been a part of the Crossroads family since 2007. Born and raised in Smith County, Tressa continues to live there today but finds that with each new story she learns something new about Tennessee.  A former Miss Nashville, Tressa also participated in the Miss Tennessee USA (a preliminary to the Miss USA/Miss Universe competition).
