Do you have a favorite hobby? Perhaps you spend hours in solitary relaxation making quilts, or reading romance novels, or practicing your putts. Time alone with your favorite pastime can be relaxing and fulfilling, but when you get together with others who have the same interest, you've got the fun not only of your hobby, but of your friends as well. Rob Wilds met a group of hobbyists, The Wood Den Carvers of Columbia, who enjoy cutting pieces of wood and making cutting remarks to each other.
The Maury County Sheriff's Rodeo will be held July 15-16th, 2011. For more information visit www.maurysheriffsrodeo.com or call (931)375-8600.
