Historic Doe Creek Schoolhouse

Long before classrooms were equipped with computers or were air conditioned, many kids learned their “readin’, writin’, and ‘rithmatic” in one room schoolhouses across the country. Most of them are long gone, but Tennessee Crossroads’ Ed Jones visited one that has been restored to it’s former glory near Scotts Hill, TN.
