Some things are worth preserving. That's the thought that went through Cidy Day's mind a few years ago when she visited Tracy City near Monteagle. Cindy noticed that a place that had been a mainstay in the area for about a century was in danger of closing its doors. So, Cindy decided to buy the Dutch Maid Bakery and keep the tradition going. Rob Wilds recently visited her and found out that food-lovers can be glad Cindy stepped in.
