When you pass by a fender-bender, chances are you take a look at the drivers sanding by the road talking to a police officer and think something like, "Sorry for those folks, but glad it's not me." What you almost certainly would not think is, "That's a work of art." Most people don't think that way, but then Raluca (ray-looka) Iancu (yan-koo) is not most people as Rob Wilds found out when he visited her art studio in Knoxville, TN.
