World War II changed the whole world...In Tennessee, the war and training required to fight it caused training bases to sprout like mushrooms. Rob Wilds recently visited one place that was transformed almost over night, the West Tennessee town of Halls, which from 1942 to 1945, aspiring bomber crews called home.
