How long has it been since you've played checkers, jacks or button-on-a-string? In times long past, these kinds of simple toys and games provided hours of entertainment for boys and girls. Susan Watson recently traveled to Winchester to meet a lady who rediscovered her love for homespun fun as an adult, and never has looked back.
Susan Watson has been involved with Tennessee Crossroads, both behind and in front of the camera, since 1988. A Middle Tennessee native, Watson studied Spanish in high school and became interested in Mexican culture. She occasionally traveled to Mexico to teach English to middle-school children.
