If one picture is worth a thousand words, then a long-ago McMinnville man spoke volumes. In the early 1900's, W.S. Lively was one of the best-known photographers in the country. His work can be seen at the George Eastman House in New York, at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington and at a very special museum closer to home. Rob Wilds recently visited the Southern Museum and Gallery which celebrates the history of Lively's hometown of McMinnville.
