Tennessee may not have the best jazz in the country, but an argument could be made for it having the best BBQ. We like the fact that behind each BBQ success story is an interesting individual, or in some cases a whole family of them. Case in point, the hot spot Tennessee Crossroads found in Chattanooga, TN is called Hillbilly Willy’s Bar-B-Q. Susan Watson has been involved with Tennessee Crossroads, both behind and in front of the camera, since 1988. A Middle Tennessee native, Watson studied Spanish in high school and became interested in Mexican culture. She occasionally traveled to Mexico to teach English to middle-school children.
