It isn't too often that both things happen at the same place, but one place where they do is in Chattanooga. Rob Wilds recently went there to take a look at the Bessie Smith Cultural Center.

Hours: Mon - Fri 10AM-5PM; Sat 12PM-4PM; Closed Sunday
