How often do you eat catfish? The folks who have some of the best catfish around figured people don't eat catfish every night, so their place is only open three nights a week. But, as Rob Wilds found out, it's worth a short detour off the interstate just outside Memphis to the community of Braden, and the Braden Station Restaurant.
